Brigadier and Elite Security, two branches of the same security and home automation company operating under separate names—one in Saskatoon and one in Regina—sought assistance from our team to update their brand identity and website.

Client Goal : Target a younger demographic of home and business owners, boost sales, and increase call traffic.

Merge Brigadier and Elite Security into a single unified identity, preserving brand recognition, while revitalizing the look, feel, and messaging of the brand to attract new interest and strengthen existing client relationships.  

The Solution :

1. Give BrigadierElite a new visual identity to better reflect their vision for the future and enhance their professional appearance.

Originally operating as Brigadier Security in Saskatoon and Elite Security in Regina, Brigadier and Elite needed to unify into one identity to strengthen their brand and eliminate customer confusion.

After researching their existing competition and assessing their internal workings, the idea was born to merge both names into one. With the name chosen, our team proceeded to develop a fresh, future-focused visual identity that is adaptable to both print and digital mediums, yet still maintains ties to their roots and original logo.

2. Overhaul the website to align with the new visual direction and improve visitor-to-customer conversion.  

BrigadierElite’s website had not undergone a successful update in several years, characterized by unclear content, unresponsive pages, and confusing call-to-actions.

Recognizing the need for more than a mere refresh, an entirely new build of the BrigadierElite website was underway, featuring updated imagery, refined messaging, and clear content pathways for users.   

 

3. Establish an online presence to prepare BrigadierElite for effective social advertising.

After the launch of the new website, our team established BrigadierElite’s online presence, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and professionalism across all platforms.

This included updating imagery, refining the tone of voice, and consistently posting relevant content for a cohesive brand identity across all online touch-points.

 

4. Drive relevant traffic to website via social media and digital ad campaigns. 

With all avenues of visual identity and online platforms updated to reflect the new direction, the final crucial step is to strategically deploy targeted advertising campaigns aimed at reaching BrigadierElite’s intended audience.

By leveraging a mix of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels, we made sure to push BrigadierElite’s message to the right people at the right time in order to further solidify their position as a trusted and reputable security provider in Saskatchewan.
